Low quality! suitable for steering system

I ordered a rubber boot for power steering on August 7th, 2018 and installed it immediately after receiving the parts. Today (September 23, 2018) it was found that the same rubber boot has already broken, causing severe liquid leaks. If I get a replacement for it or compensation to get another one from another source, please email me immediately with your action or reply so I can make a quick decision to resolve the issue.
