True blue although not a safe light source
The whole town displayed them as a mark of respect and remembrance of the beloved dead officer. Has the effect we were looking for but at the end of the day it was very difficult to maneuver safely to where light is really needed. Yes, the color is true blue, so that's what the symbol was judged to be. But the brightness could definitely be improved with higher power or something.
