Customer Service at mDesign Disappoints Me

Unfortunately, I had a horrible time at mDesign's web shop just lately. I ordered some containers for the kitchen, and they said they'd get here within a week. But after two weeks, my purchase still hadn't arrived. After waiting on hold for over an hour, I was eventually able to get in touch with a customer service agent. The agent was uninformative and didn't seem to care about helping me. After making repeated calls, I was informed that my shipment had been misplaced and that a substitute would be sent. The replacements, however, did not show up for another two weeks. Overall, mDesign's poor customer care and lack of accountability left me very frustrated. I won't be buying from them again and I wouldn't recommend that anyone else does, either.
