Normal product for the price. I would actually give it 3.5 stars but round up to 4. There are a few things that keep me from giving it 5 stars. First, the feel of the keys. I didn't know what other keyboard reviewers meant by "soft" keys until I used these. The keys are "soft" having just used a Perixx 407B wired mini keyboard (which I love). Because of this, it seems easier to make mistakes while typing and cause more finger fatigue. When I first received it I had to reseat the battery before a good connection could be made. Assembling seems cheap as the plastic can easily crack with minor mishandling when thrown into a backpack. It's thicker than it needs to be. Power button is missing. The keys aren't too loud, which is a plus, but they're not exactly quiet either. The spacebar is the loudest of them all. The backspace key and the left shift key also clatter, which can be annoying. The mouse is uncomfortable for me as it's too wide and flat for my small hands, but people with big hands might like it. It works great and is responsive. It emits a red light from below, which can be quite bright at times, but as long as you don't crank it up, this shouldn't be a problem. It's about the size of a regular mouse. Again, people with big hands will likely have different opinions, but since I bought a portable keyboard on purpose, I'd prefer that they included a smaller portable mouse. It should suit my needs as I won't be using it that often, but if you plan on heavy keyboard/mouse usage I wouldn't recommend this combo. Save money and buy a premium combo. You get what you pay for. I probably wouldn't buy it again. Keyboard: Pros: Size and weight good for portability, relatively quiet keys compared to other keyboards, multimedia function keys included Cons: Cheap feel, questionable build quality and durability, softkeys, no on/off switch, unnecessarily thick mouse: Pros: Full size , responsive Cons: no on/off switch, uncomfortably wide and flat for my small hand, bright red light.
