A very strange composition. Nowhere else have I met "hydrolyzed wheat gluten" in the composition of the protein. The smell of the mixture in the jar is quite sharp, not to say that it is disgusting, but not too attractive either. The consistency resembles soy protein, dense and moist, does not "dust", pours out of a measuring spoon in a monolithic "cake". Pros below: Quite unusual and very pleasant taste for standard protein mixtures. More precisely - there are a lot of them to choose from, I personally prefer Orange Cream. After whipping in a blender, you get such a creamy-delicate cocktail, viscous and satisfying, it is drunk easily and pleasantly, but this is only if you cook the shake in milk. Without milk, the texture and taste are much simpler and poorer, and it is more difficult to drink it. The price for a 900-gram jar is one of the lowest among similar multicomponent proteins, which is probably due to the brand being not very popular in 2022 and the content of ingredients being unclear in percentage terms. Has cons: Despite the loud claims of the manufacturer of this product that it "mixes perfectly and instantly", and "no more blenders that dirty the kitchen and take time" - this is nothing more than a marketer's fantasy. It is unrealistic to stir this mixture with just a spoon, or even a manual shaker with a spring ball or mesh. The hand will get tired of shaking, and as a result, dense lumps still remain on the bottom and walls - most likely just the same "gluten". With a blender, it turns out much easier and without lumps: a minute - and a thick creamy cocktail is ready!
