This is a great little flashlight when the batteries are new; but after a month (I wrote down the install date of the last set of new batteries) the batteries died. He justifies his claims. bright light, cover large area, easy to install. Unfortunately, buying eight batteries a month is quite expensive (I mounted two lightbulbs under two cabinets in the kitchen). I like the brightness, coverage area and auto on/off while driving. I can also appreciate the energy efficiency of LED bulbs; However, I have to wonder how efficient it is if I use 96 batteries a year. Electro seems to be the best choice here. Also, I live alone, and even though I'm in the kitchen, I'm at a loss as to why the batteries aren't lasting longer. I also use Energizer batteries. So disappointed. I thought this would be the perfect answer as I really don't want to install electric lighting and need to look at the cord running down the wall. :0(
