Great solution when other solutions aren

The ability to create custom reports with very quick turnaround times, which is key for any business looking at consolidating their information from multiple sources. There are some things I wish was easier/more intuitive (like being able to copy fields across tables). Also there's nothing about it specifically that isn't great - but if you're just starting out then perhaps look elsewhere? If your organization has been using disparate systems before this product came along then it might be worth evaluating how much of an impact they will have as well. We were having issues getting accurate metrics by pulling all our customer-facing applications together under one roof. Before we started working with them, each system had different reporting capabilities so customers could not easily access consolidated analytics or performance KPIs. By creating dashboards and generating customized views, Optelo allowed us to quickly identify opportunities within various departments without spending time manually gathering info.

  • Good support team who responds in timely manner when helpdesk tickets need follow up.
  • Customer service reps available during standard work hours via phone calls only; no email response preferred since many emails go unanswered due lackadaisical communication between colleagues regarding status updates etc
