The ability to have my calendar synced with Google Calendar makes it easy to send out reminders, create events etc. It's simple enough that I can use as well manage multiple teams at once without too much hassle. There are some functions in this software where there is no way of knowing if you've got an event or not which gets annoying sometimes. Sometimes when creating appointments for people who don't need them in their schedule (they're only attending meetings), other staff members will see those appointment times because they appear before everyone else in my own list but then disappear after several weeks/months. Having someone from our accounting department join us has made managing schedules easier than having separate calendars so we could share information easily.
