Review on Schultz & Williams by John Vann

The best part about working for Schultz is that it's such a good place to learn from others and grow professionally. I had been at other companies, but this one really helped me improve my communication skills; they're very supportive as well. Their culture allows people to be themselves without feeling judged or uncomfortable. People are friendly! It can sometimes feel overwhelming when you have so many responsibilities. I recommend joining if you want to gain knowledge by being surrounded by smart people who love what they do. This organization has given me opportunities to develop myself both personally and professionally. The best part about my job is that I am able give back! It's giving me so much more than what they need from us as employees - it gives them peace knowing we are making such great impact for those who receive services or do not have access at all because there was none available before this program came along!! There could be some ways better organization but overall everything has been fine thus far.
