This is an update of my previous review. My printer is having paper feed problems. How not to introduce paper. I called Revain customer service, had a nice chat with the young lady, she confirmed I had a warranty and gave me a Canon number. I spoke to Canon's technical department and after investigating all possible issues, the technical department decided to send a replacement. Wow. I am very happy with the customer service from Canon and Revain. This is a great home printer that you can use to just print out your child's homework, a randomly downloaded pattern or form that you need to fill out and send in, or if your child has created something in a computer program that they want to print out and save. , or you want to print some photos to share, make scrapbook or whatever you have. It doesn't hold much paper, so if you want one printer to print all your wedding invitations, no, this isn't for you. If you want to print all of your Christmas cards, it depends on how many people are on your Christmas card list. More than 50 I would say unlikely. He does an excellent job with everything I gave him, but I didn't ask for more than 5 pages at a time and that's enough for now. Our kid is in college and my husband is at the office typing, so it's just recipe cards, random photos, and a few letters. I plan to scan something because there is something I can share with family that is still only on paper. It will be nice if everyone has a digital copy. I was very upset about getting a new printer because the last one cost me $200 and we hardly used it and the ink was so %&^* expensive all along. It was nice paying under $100 but I checked who was charging how much for ink this time because I didn't want to take money from the grocery store to buy ink every time lol. I didn't buy the cheapest printer because the cheap one was an ink rip off, you can check that. i have a mac I didn't have much trouble setting up my computer once I had all the software updates for my operating system. You just go to the Canon website and you can download everything you need. Just remember to spell canon correctly. I kept typing Cannon and landed on the wrong page. So learn from my mistakes!
