The first monitor had broken pixels but they changed it with no problem and the new one was ideal. I like the color profiles and the built-in USB hub, but remember that when you turn off the monitor, you also turn off the hub. I have a monitor in my music studio and occasionally turn it off and control my computer from home via Splashtop so all my USB sticks are plugged directly into the computer. This is not a problem. In terms of screen quality and color profiles, you can't find anything better for the price.
