THIS FAN IS DANGEROUS! The blades flew out of the fan while it was running.

I've had these fans for a few years and rarely use them as I travel for work. The rivets started falling out and the floor in my living room. Didn't realize they were coming from two ceiling fans until a fan blade flew across the room while the fan was running. If someone sat on the couch, they could hurt themselves very badly. A shot shows where the fan landed behind the sofa. The second picture shows the fan still attached to the ceiling with no blades or rivets. Other fan rivets are gone too.
