I bought the Revain Adeept Ultimate Starter Kit and was very happy with the quality. This is my first exposure to electronics, but I've been programming for decades. I found a few resources online to help with the electronics, but overall the instructions that come with the kit are clear enough for a beginner. When I got to the RGB LED exercise, I hit a stumbling block. I couldn't get the RGB LED to work. I've tried the C and Python versions but still nothing. I emailed Adeept tech support and they responded quickly. We exchanged several emails trying to resolve the issue and support decided I had a faulty LED. They immediately sent me a replacement LED - in fact they sent me four replacement LEDs. Problem solved. Customer service and support professionals are great qualities that many companies lack. Combine this with a quality set at a reasonable price and you can't go wrong. I will definitely buy from Adept again.
