Measuring 16 inches in length, these wall mount batten hangers have mounting holes spaced 15 1/2 inches apart. So for a 16 inch center built house you should be able to mount it to (1) wall studs and use drywall anchors for the remaining holes. I'm not sure if the image ad hangs all that hardware with that mount. The variant would survive being undressed and put on several times. So close to a good product but ultimately failed. The brackets and hooks are very strong. You can mount this on a board and attach this board to studs, but why • Just buy the brackets that really make sense.
