This KVM has a lot more functionality than I expected. At first I thought it wouldn't work properly, but after reading the manual and setting everything up correctly, it works great. I wasn't aware that there were separate toggle commands for display, sound, and USB - I thought they would all toggle when the appropriate system key was pressed. By default, pressing the button only toggles the display; USB and audio remain on the channel they are set to. However, you can change this behavior. It is important to read the user manual. Once I get used to how it works, I like it. It's very durable/robust and I think it will hold up well to many changes. I've hooked this up to my PC, work computer and work laptop and it's fantastic. My only complaint is that it doesn't work well with some wireless mice; When I received this I had to throw away my Microsoft wireless mouse because it wasn't transmitting the mouse signal to the computer properly; When you move the mouse, the cursor shakes, but not what it's supposed to do. Logitech wireless mice appear to be supported. I suspect that some wireless mouse manufacturers are sending the wrong signal and that is why the KVM is misinterpreting the signal. I didn't know this would be a problem but it is. I switched to an old wired Logitech mouse lying around and everything is great now. Yes, there is a cable running through my desk, but that doesn't really bother me. All in all a great KVM and I'm very glad I no longer have to unplug and plug monitor cables!
