23-Hole Acrylic Coral Bracket Base Review: Adequate but Needs Improvement

The Zerodis Coral Bracket Base is an acrylic aquarium rack holder that can accommodate up to 23 frag plugs. It comes with a suction cup that makes it easy to attach to the side or back of your aquarium, allowing you to display your corals and frags creatively. Unfortunately, I can only give this product 3 stars out of 5. While it does the job, there are a few areas where the design and quality of the manufacturing could be improved. Firstly, the holes in the bracket are quite small and close together, which makes it difficult to maneuver the plugs into place. You'll need to use tweezers or forceps to insert them, and even then, it can be fiddly, especially if you have larger plugs. Secondly, the suction cup is not the most reliable. Even if you clean the aquarium wall and the cup itself, it tends to lose its grip after a couple of weeks, which can be frustrating. I ended up using a different suction cup with a stronger grip, which helped but wasn't ideal. Overall, the Zerodis Coral Bracket Base is an adequate product for displaying your frags, but it needs improvement. If the manufacturer could increase the size of the holes and make the suction cup more effective, it would be a much better product. As it stands, it's not bad, but it's not exceptional either.

Pros
  • Made of sturdy acrylic material, this holder is both durable and resistant to corrosion, ensuring that it lasts for years to come
Cons
  • The suction cups do not provide a strong enough grip, causing the bracket to occasionally slip and fall off
