The quality is good but it's flimsy in the sense that it's so malleable it was impossible to handle when I was making frozen dog biscuits. I had to carefully move it onto a flat hard surface and put the whole thing in the freezer. I made quite a mess trying to pick it up. If your dough/mixture is fairly chewy it should be fine, otherwise place it on a hard slab etc that can be placed in the freezer with it. It was very easy to take out the frozen cookies and they looked very pretty. In general the quality is good. but it's not a rigid shape, so plan ahead before you start filling it so you can move it around without spilling it all.
