We ordered a medium size for our 50 lb lady who wears a medium size on every other brand of dog boots. The measurements provided by the healers led us to believe that the medium would fit her in this case as well. However, the environment of this brand was too big. Maybe because they're too big, they don't hold up very well. Our pup will carry her when she is resting in the same room with us, but they will fly away in a minute if we leave her alone with them. other booties for dogs. Our favorite brand of dog shoes right now is Bark Brite (they fit better and last a lot better). I don't currently see us buying or recommending the Healer brand.
