This is a very good, sturdy product, that had some interesting effects. I cant really break it down into complete pros and cons because each individual will have their own opinion about it.While it is very sturdy and well made, you can hear static noise when plugged into certain devices. I dont hear it when plugged into a desktop or monitor, but when my laptop is plugged in it's very distinct.The cable also has the odd effect of increasing the bass and soundstage of the headphones. I'm not an audio technician so I have no idea how this happens, but find it pretty interesting. I personally bought the headphones for their famous perfect balance, but dont mind this effect for casual listening.
