I like that it's easy enough you can use without needing any training from anyone! The customer service really helps as well - they're always willing/able help out whenever needed (which isn't often!). It has made managing my store much easier than before because everything was stored right there where i could see at once what things were selling best etc., plus being able pull up orders easily too if something goes wrong or need updating quickly which saves me alot more stress doing this manually!! There aren;t many downsides but maybe just having some features not included yet? But overall very helpful tool so far though nothing major issues found thusfar :) Great product great support also :).
