Great key first board for a 3year old. The microphone doesn’t have a volume button and sometimes that can get out of control, but the product itself works great for the price.

I bought this for my nieces Christmas when she was 4 going on to 5. She’s placing abc, and happy birthday (self taught) and it sounds like a regular keyboard on piano settings.

Was a good product at first. 3 days after return window closed 3 of the keys stopped working. Tried replacing batteries, even took it apart for repairs. What a piece of junk. Zero stars. My daughter can’t practice piano without those keys.

I got this for my girls for christmas. They played with it for about a week and loved it and then it stopped working so I figured the batteries just died and I forgot to put new ones in. Well, my youngest wanted to play tonight and we put new batteries in and this POS is just broken. It’s cheap, don’t waste your money.

Did Not come with a charging cable as advertised and once i found one and let it charge for over four hours it still doesn't work.UPDATE: I got a full refund so I'll raise it a star for customer service.

My daughter played with this for about a week altogether then we took it out of the box and the next week noticed most of the keys were not working, then it just stopped working completely

When it’s on the initial volume is too loud. The on/off button broke after first use so now you have to mess with it to turn off.

So this is good for the price and it has a lot of neat features like a follow along training mode. We went with this one especially because it allows for recharging the battery. I almost returned it because about 5 of the black keys were stuck and not working. I read another review about someone with similar issue. They suggested to just push the keys really hard to get them "broken in". That worked.

Cute for a 4 year old. My daughter begged for a keyboard. She plays with it rarely and it does not take up a lot of room. Win win situation.
