This definitely is gift better suited for a toddler. This drum set was no match for my no holds bar 6 year old. The sitting stool didn't last long in my house. If you're children are feral like mine and break things easily. This toy is not for you. The stand alone drum falls easily. My child loved for a week and then realized it was not sturdy enough for him. Do not recommend unless you have a small child that is not rough on toys.

Got this for my son’s second birthday. He hasn’t stopped playing it ever since. The drums are loud (in a good way) and his favorite is the cymbal. I was so happy that the pedal for the bass drum is easy to use, I thought it’d have too much resistance but it works great for him. My son loved this as soon as we gave it to him and it was super easy to put together. However, it is still plastic with small connection parts so it breaks very easily. He fell forward and caught himself on the 2 little up top drums and they broke right off. He still loves them though and I got a plastic drum set for $35. Good starter for seeing if your kids are into instruments before dropping big bucks on metal sets.

2-year old grandson loves it. He received for Christmas and still plays almost daily. His parents picked it out otherwise I would not have purchased it. I deducted one star because the drum on the separate stand always falls off the stand. It may be as much fun for the grand parents and parents to watch him drum away while he hits all the drums and cymbal along with working the bass drum pedal.

Product is all cheap plastic (no metal pieces) and is not even big enough for a 3 year old to play on it as the largest drum (bass drum) is not even as large as a basketball. Bass drum kicker is a flexible plastic that can't actually hit the drum. Also, the toms that attach to the base drum were on the incorrect side of the drum so that they faced towards the outside of the bass drum instead of the inside where the player could play on them. We bought this drum set for a drummer friend of our who's turning 50. We attached it to a walker and presented it to him as a gag gift. It was the hit (pun intended) of the party! While it was perfect for our purposes, it could be used (for its intended purpose) as a child's toy. It is VERY small, so it's made for a toddler. Pretty decent product. Didn't c9me with instructions so it took us twice as long to put together. After 2 days my son broke a piece off of the set. He's pretty rambunctious so I can't blame it fully on the quality. Overall I am happy with it for the price and the purpose. A toddler noise maker!

For the price point it’s ok. The cosmetics Imperfections are: small drum has the work "band” backwards in conjunction to the attachment to the frame. The cymbal was dented. And the chair legs doesn’t fit into the slot of the chair without using some sort of lubricant to force it in. So no go with the chairSo for as it’s worth it’s okay.

But little set, but bought for my 4 yr old grandson and it's SMALL. It's not super high quality, but I wasn't worried about that. I wanted something to gauge interest before inventing in something a little more realistic. This is SMALL. Both of my 4 yr old grandkids are WAY too big for this set. And while they don't mind, and they're having fun, it really is not meant for any kids over 3, and not big 3 yr olds.

Not that it is hard to put together but there were no type of instructions on the assembly. Very small even for a 3 year old. With that being said it is toddler-ish size but is not going to withstand any toddler. Tips over, doesnt stay together, pieces fall off, didnt last a day fully put together, so im not sure how it is to last with a toddler actually playing with it

The instructions are lacking besides some pictures The symbol as well as the free standing drum are not the sturdiest. However, it is a good starter set for a toddler to pound away on and will help a parent make a decision on whether they should invest in a more expensive/durable set up. It functions well as a representative toy.

Very sturdy for being a cheaper toddler toy. Bought it for my son for Christmas and set it up to make sure everything was good. Very simple easy set up. Very enjoyable for my 4 year old! Would definitely by this for a person for a child’s birthday gift!

Price is right, and my 2 year old grandson loves his drums. Very sturdy, easy assembly, but stool is tiny and unusable. I am using his little chair for now, otherwise drums are a nice little musical toy.

I like that these drums were just the right size for my kid. They do wobble a bit and the one individual drum falls off it’s stand a bit, but my kid was more than happy and still enjoys jamming out on this drum set! Overall Happy!

I love the fact this drum set isn't insanely loud when played; however, it just wasn't strong enough to handle our toddler. Even though it broke within the hour it was put together you could still play the drums separately. We knew it wouldn't likely last too long, but wanted to get him to try a set that was relatively inexpensive to see if he liked playing drums first.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my nephew, he was 2 years old at the time and enjoys banging on things- like any child. When we helped him opened the box he was just so shocked. In fact when the product first arrived I opened the box and found that it had pieces broken off from the main drum.
