I bought this collection of instruments to use with a small elementary-aged homeschool group. The thickness of the wooden instruments produces nice resonance. The only exception would be the little bells. One of the best purchases I had. Works great for a 1 year baby and 4 year girl. They both enjoy all the instruments. It is well made, true value of money. Of course I give it to the little one under supervision. But there are few items that look perfectly baby safe.

Amazing Set. I purchased this to use with a summer toddler music program. My Grandson Loves it and I have to constantly tell the rest of the kids (my teens included) not to play with his instruments. The set is nice wood very smooth and well made. My only concerns are that he's only 3 and so when he bangs on the tambourine I worry he'll break the "skin" hitting too hard. I do wish it had two shakers and clackers instead of just one each. (only reason for 4 star)

I quickly bought it since it was "Best Buys Choice" and it works fine. However upon opening I quickly thought it should have two Maracas and Castanets rather than one each and regretted not doing my homework - I looked around after the fact and there are a lot of identical looking sets (some cheaper) that do have a better mix of instruments including sets of Maracas and Castanets, usually at the cost of only having one set of sleigh bells. I bought this as a gift for a one year old family member for their birthday. He loved all the instruments, especially the tambourine! His dad is a musician so it was a great activity for them to do together and even mom got excited about the triangle. All the items are well made and very durable, it’s the gift that keeps on giving.

These are great musical instruments for Montessori learning. We already purchased a xylophone so these help complete a collection. The build quality is very nice for the price. Having a collection makes it easy to switch out individual instruments to keep a variety going. Our cat loves them too.

We love this little kit! It was so good for the price with the amount of instruments you get. The only thing we can’t figure out is the one that looks like a block of wood with a couple whole screwed in it. For the life of us we cannot figure out what his instrument is. But other than that everything is really great and perfect for a little hands. We have kids ranging from 1 1/2 to 9 and they all love it.

My girls are only 9 months, but they have been fascinated with these instruments ever since they came in the mail! They love to watch me and their dad use them just as much as they like holding them themselves - I can’t wait to watch them grow into these a bit more and continue to learn different sounds through these instruments. I got this kit for my grandchildren who are 1, 3 and 4 . It was instant joy for the grandchildren and they spontaneously created a very unique marching band, playing music and singing for hours. There were more than enough instruments in he kit to share, and as my daughter-in-law noted there was a lot more singing and a lot less screaming. These instruments are very solidly built, are age appropriate and have withstood some very heavy "user testing".

These musical instruments are great for young kids. I supervised my nephew because he was so young, but he loves the xylophone, canastas, and tamborine because of the sounds they make. I know he will continue to grow into them.

I'm musically trained and love this set for my toddlers. It is well made, the focus is not on the colors or graphics like so many other sets but rather, on the sound. They love playing with it and I highly recommend.

This musical set is my son's favourite toy! I got it in March 2021 and my now one year old still plays with it every day. We purchased these instruments for our toddler twins. They really like exploring the different instruments and discovering cause and effect. The items are durable and I am not worried about them breaking or splintering. The only item I have to watch is the triangle holder - the yellow loop to hold the triangle at the top. It slips off easily and I am worried about losing it / my kiddos attempting to put it in their mouth.
