This product is very easy to use and works well. For most situations I think this will work perfectly. However, I have previously purchased a more expensive scanner and my knowledge of this shows what this product lacks. In particular, the manuals of the two products differ significantly. The more expensive product has a 40-page booklet compared to the 3-page manual for this product (6 "pages"). The first is wireless, but that hardly explains the difference in manual length. For example, this product has two volume settings (ie, unmute and mute) versus four (ie, low, medium, loud, and mute). The former also contains the actual instructions, while the manual for that product only contains barcodes with minimal description.
