This barcode scanner is easily the best scanner I have ever used. The transmission range is excellent, the scanner works out of the box, but all scanner settings can be configured using barcodes in the user manual. This means the scanner can work at a greater distance than a Bluetooth scanner.

Worked great the first time. Scanned straight to my phone. I used it after a few weeks and now it doesn't scan anymore. Trying to get customer service is a challenge. I've been in touch via email and it's taking a few days to get a response. Because of this, I missed my 30-day revain window. Now I have to go directly through the manufacturer. My friend bought the same one and had no problems. I was lucky to get a broken one. I really hope they fix that sometime this year

I have worked with quality barcode scanners for many years but for this temporary job I bought this scanner. This scanner reads QR codes accurately and instantly, even at an angle and a comfortable distance from the label. We had 5 failed reads out of 10,000+ good and bad label reads. What impressed me the most was the Bluetooth range; it could read 300 feet from the other side of a 4 foot high row of metal bars, with a computer on the wall facing away from the scanner!

I saw a need for this as I had many items to inventory on the site and it would be nice to use something wireless. not disappointed. Comes with a USB B to USB A connector and can be used both as a wired scanner and to charge the scanner. Comes with a 2.4GHz wireless dongle for wireless scanning and the best part is that it scans both UPC and QR codes so this is a gift for me! I haven't tried the smartphone app as a wired or wireless USB dongle is fine for me.

This device is junk. It doesn't pair with Apple MAC or iOS at all. I got the full docs straight from their website and have followed all the instructions. Writes that it is connected, but no. You'll either get a "Unable to connect" error shortly after trying to connect, or you'll see a connection and then immediately disconnect.
