I am reconsidering my 1 star rating due to Puroma's outstanding customer service. I emailed them and also left a 1 star review when my first order came in as 2 faulty locks. They responded quickly and immediately sent me 2 brand new locks that work great. I haven't had enough time to test the new locks, but I hope they last. Thank you Puroma! Unfortunately, the products are just that, CHEAP and defective. Long story short, both locks they sent me don't work. The first lock I set correctly managed to pick the lock and I followed the rest of the instructions. I entered my own combination but when I tried to open it my combination doesn't work. I've tried resetting it using their codes again but it won't open. Second, I did the same. It opened up for me to install. I entered my new combination but when I went to lock it it wouldn't lock as if something was stuck there. I understand things can be faulty and don't always work properly, but two brand new locks were sent to me with obvious glitches. Don't they check the locks before leaving the facility? This is simply unacceptable. Very dissatisfied with my purchase.
