They arrived quickly but one sock was noticeably longer than the others. I wrote to the company and got a response within an hour. They sent me a replacement and I received it in a few days. Thank you for the 5 star customer service. However, the socks themselves are amazing. My son loves her. We struggled to find the right socks for him for the last 3 out of 4 years of his life! In the past we've had trouble getting our socks on and off every time he needs to put his shoes on (I'm afraid when he takes his shoes off before bed). No longer. Those socks kept him from this ritual, and now getting dressed in the morning doesn't cause disappointment. I chose these socks based on the reviews and didn't want to buy more expensive socks that are designed for sensory sensitive kids. My daughter (6 years old) started wearing them too. They like to wear them high on their shins and I think they will be great when playing football. We love these comfy socks.
