I chose between him and Aipad with a stylus. Since I left my iPhone for a Galaxy laptop a few years ago, I decided to stick with the brand change here too. I use a tablet for work with documents and web surfing. It turned out that in fact the Samsung tablet is such a huge Samsung phone. And what is convenient to do with one hand on the phone here turns into very strange manipulations. For me, the convenience of using a stylus for editing documents, screenshots, etc. is of fundamental importance. All this functionality is in the Samsung, but the ergonomics are terrible - it’s quite inconvenient to use it, and every time you need to remember the sequence of actions so that everything comes out correctly. In parallel, I have a service iPad, which for a long time I used only for the service base. But then I decided to buy a stylus for it (I took the first Apple) and it turned out that on the iPad everything is just a hundred times more convenient. It is difficult to describe what exactly - it's just that when an operating system is created specifically for a large screen, it works, of course, differently. This is just the case of iPadOS. Therefore, Samsung eventually sold and completely switched to the iPad. There is one more thing, but it’s not for everyone: from my point of view, for working with documents and in general for working, the 3:4 screen ratio of the iPad is more convenient than the 16:9 Samsung (the screen with the document is either narrow or long). Well, it doesn't make sense to think that the S6 with a keyboard will replace your laptop - it's never a Microsoft Surface. I got it for free, but if I bought it for 11 thousand, I would consider the money thrown away. I remembered one more thing that really pissed me off: poor battery optimization: if I charge the iPad and just lay it down, then it will lose a couple of percent for a week. Samsung will most likely lose all of its charge. With constant use, this difference is also clearly visible.
