Review on Rubicon Labs by Brody Jacobs

Rubicon's team is very talented and hardworking. They are constantly working on new features to help our business. They have an incredible support team that is always willing to help with questions and their ability to be flexible with their time is amazing. We have not had any major issues with Rubicon. But one that has come up is that due to their flexibility, they often can't provide certain security features that are necessary for us. For example, when we were looking into a new VPN system we were having issues with. We were unable to get the product that we wanted. Rubicon offered to help us with the implementation but couldn't meet the specific requirements that we needed. We have a pretty robust security system with some of the highest standards in the industry and Rubicon has been able to help us with security issues that we haven't been able to solve on our own.
