Review on 🎛️ Noctua NH-L9x65 SE-AM4, High-Quality Low-Profile CPU Cooler with 92mm Fan for AMD AM4 (Brown) by Viswanath Lopez

The description doesn't say anything about the advertised TDP, same as the Noctua website. After trying to figure out why my new build sounds like a blow dryer, I realized that this cooler should really only be used for 45W TDP CPUs. My Ryzen 3700x has a TDP of 65W and will easily overwhelm the cooler, forcing it to go to 100%. It keeps temperatures in check at around 72 degrees (4.2-4.3 GHz), albeit at the expense of the cooler, which is the noisiest part of the system. I return this for the u9s which have excellent reviews for their size to performance ratio. I'm using a mini-ITX build and I'm limited by the size of the cooler.
