The ravioli mold is a fantastic addition to my pasta roller. I was delighted to receive this large cross section pasta shape so I can make my own ravioli. I can use my KitchenAid to make the dough and roll it to the right size, then use the cutter to shape the ravioli. We prepared four different types of ravioli and were very satisfied.
