The customer service team really goes above an beyond to ensure our needs are met! If they hear it once then its in there mind; so no chance we might be forgotten!! I love this system!! It makes bookings super easy with all the features included such as point of sale booking throughtout your venue or multiple locations at one time which saves me alot of work since i can do most things from my phone if needed. Love how easily you can add new items or categories very quickly without having to call anyone out front. Just recently upgraded everything to make life easier for us here at our center but also allows everyone else who uses the site to have more fun with using it too! Great Product.
