The fan arrived quickly and I installed it last weekend. The whole thing lasted about 90 minutes, but it should have been shorter. The supplied manual is a quick start guide. If you want to flush mount it, you need to remove the three screws on the top and install the base directly. The fan looks good after installation, nice and low profile. Due to the dynamics of my space, it didn't move much air when hidden, but worked much better when the bottom bar was used. The fan looks good and has two color options for the blades.
