Very pleased with this arrival based on other customer reviews and specs. unfortunately a total disappointment. Arrived on time and very well packaged (kudos to Revain). I quickly placed the target room on the lower level of my home (< 400 square feet) and ran for over 12 hours. The room has NEVER reached the set temperature (72) even after the unit was turned on at maximum power. I am very upset that I threw away my old noisy $40 rotary heater that worked perfectly. Pros - remote, relatively quiet, solid construction. Cons - IT DOES NOT WORK AS DESCRIBED. Save money and choose another brand of heater at a cheaper price - this one. overkill and useless. TO UPDATE. Manufacturers have repeatedly contacted me to remove my review. Offer loans, new products, etc. What does this say about the inferior product I am reviewing?
