I wore this for a merman costume. It is rather shiny for a "working wizard" like Gandolf or Dumbledore; however, I could see it going well if you were going for the classic fancy wizard. It was a great quality for price. Needed minimal styling out of the package. Just shook it to fluff it out. I wore to work out in. The beard had to come off. It felt a little suffocating while I was running, but the wig made it through a three-mile run and burpees and planks and lunges. Still looked great.
