Great shower head - I installed it in early 2019 and after 2+ years it still works great. Much better than the usual little ones. The nozzles do not clog, there are no leaks, the water jet from all nozzles is even. He has his head tilted slightly - so it drains quickly when the water is turned off. The incline does not affect the flow from the higher jets. I've read some reviews where this happens and I suspect you either don't have enough flow or you don't have enough pressure (working at 35-55psi coming from well - don't notice the difference in flow between low and high psi -Gattern inch ) Installation was easy - I was a bit worried about how to take off the old extension and add this - but a little teflon tape and it was easy. I put support under the part of the extension that is in the granite wall to keep it from sagging and as you can see it is still perfectly positioned - the photo was taken on the day of writing the review. Why not 5 stars: Some rust spots are showing on the extension/tube and collar. These stains are caused by moisture because water never penetrates this area. I'm tempted to see how long it takes before she looks ugly or maybe upgrade to an 18x18 with a longer extension and enjoy it even more.
