Very comfortable strap. The belt itself is light and a bit slippery. Wear buckle, this belt is shiny. Once you install it, just uninstall it every time. Makes it much faster when changing. You have to remove the buckle when changing pants as it doesn't go through the belt loops (at least in my jeans). Nice little bonus items that come with it.
