Much better than batteries
This pump runs very well on batteries but they don't last a whole weekend and the bait always dies. However, this unit included a 12v plug and now I can plug it into the boat's 12v input and have all the rods continuously aerated. The small aerator ball is suitable for a small bait bucket that only holds a few baits. I upgraded to a large aerator and used an ice box as bait.
