Disappointment in POS Printer
After trying this product, i regret to say it was a complete waste of money. The Ethernet support feature could not even connect to our network, resulting in constant connectivity issues. The printers speed was extremely slow and inconsistent, causing a delay in our workflow .The only pro was its compact size and easy installation. However at the end of the day, it's not worth sacrificing performance for convenience. I would not recommend this product to anyone in need of reliable electronics for their office..
