🔌 Optimized Square Magstripe Reader (w/ Headset Jack) Review

Bought for an art show, the app was so easy to download and use. It was fast and efficient, and customers liked the accessibility of the point of sale. I was even able to email receipts and invoices. It was such a rescue.

works great but I didn't know you can get a free reader by downloading the app! Pooh. I think it's ok because it wasn't very expensive and now I have a sticker that says I can accept credit card payments 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Works great I have an iPhone 7 plus so I had to use my little extra headphone jack (it's so annoying btw but it's on Apple not Square lol) , but everything worked fine. I swiped my own card to verify when setting up Square, it read my card perfectly, the transaction went smoothly.

This is a lifesaver! Sure you can get a card reader from the company for free but I wanted two of these and couldn't find a better deal! I bought it for business reasons, but also used it at a flea market and it worked great (and made sales that wouldn't happen otherwise). Highly recommended!

I really want to love this product as it has made my craft fairs so much easier but I have to say I don't really like the card reader itself. The app works great but the card reader never worked. Personally, I'd recommend just spending a little more money on a chip reader because, unlike a magnetic stripe reader, the chip reader works great and is really easy to use.

What kills me is that every time you want to transfer money to your bank they charge a small transfer fee and you have to spend an extra amount of money to speed up the money transfer process. Both Square and the phone app are easy to use. I just used Square at an event and it allowed me to accept credit cards to make sales I would have otherwise missed. I like that it fits in my purse. Since I always carry a few copies of my book with me, I might use it one day. They make pouches for this, but I use the plastic container that comes with the extra gum (it's perfect: thin and strong).

I didn't like the fact that I was rejected and when I contacted the support team they couldn't give me a straight answer. I understand people get rejected, but at least I would find a reason why I.
