Bought for depth sounder in sailboat with solar panel. The lights on this Power Supply seem to indicate the 'quality' of charge (juice it is getting) as well as the state of charge (how much juice is left) when running the depth sounder. Kind of fun to watch the lights change with the changing availability of sun light on the solar panel. A bit of caution though, Lithium and water don't mix. There are videos on line that show the explosive effect of various chemicals with water.
