I bought and paid a mechanic to install the solenoid based on code p2646 as well as a passport. My problem was solved immediately. A year later, in January 2021, the part failed again. Same passport, same code. I contacted support and got a replacement. I paid the mechanic again to put the part back. This solved my problem. The part broke after 8 months. Same passport, same code. I have contacted customer service to request a refund or credit as it is inappropriate for me to continue paying to have a defective part fitted. I bought this item for a lifetime warranty. The service said they would just send a new one. No thank you.
