Our little one is 3 years old and wears 4T. It was a size smaller and we chose 5T. I think the sleeves are still a bit short and maybe a 6T would have been better, but we kept the 5T. Size up for a better fit. Inside the dress, where the bunnies are sewn in, some threads have come loose. Plus it's a really cute dress and our little one loves the way it looks. I just wish it was done better.
