I am 90 years old and using common sense installed two rear rack supports on my 2013 Ford Taurus. I used a hammer and removed the old log supports which were held by two bushings popping out from one side of the log and then removed one from the other side of the log in the same manner. I then hammered two new supports into their respective sockets and I was done in 5 minutes. Lift Support Depot provides ALL types of support including written instructions, but in my situation it wasn't necessary. I highly recommend them. Richard A. Link
