"Teflon?" My old waiter's corkscrew handle has aged and become sticky like everything this one Material does matter over time. It was over 10 years old but worked great so I was hoping to get an identical replacement. No way. I read the reviews and chose OXO. It works well but doesn't have the solid feel it should have at this price point. The screw part hangs in the handle, so you need extra effort when using it. The foil cutter doesn't cut - it tears, which I think is a real problem. I'll leave it to myself, but I'll look better.
