This is an exact replacement for my Cadillac EXT 07. I was going to order one from the dealer but it was $40 + shipping. Just so you know, there is no difference between the original that came with the truck and this part. If your adapter looks exactly like a picture and has 7 choices, this is the one you need. I recommend. Update: For anyone wondering if it fits a specific vehicle. This product is suitable for any 7-pin connector, regardless of the year or model of your vehicle. It's a universal part. There is now a 7 pin connector which is very rarely used. This is a round plug. To see if you have one of these, look at the adapter to see if it's round or flat. If you don't have an adapter, go to the back of the car and look inside the connector. I posted pictures so you can see the difference between them. Round is rarely used. I would say 99.99% or a million to one your car will not have this.
