Review on Competencybook by James Trapkin

I like that Competencybook has a variety of profiles available. The profiles are very specific and cover a variety of topics. I also like that Competencybook is very easy to use. I dislike that Competencybook does not have a mobile version. As a manager, I am able to easily access Competencybook from my phone and tablet. I am able to quickly identify who is lacking in a specific skill. I am also able to quickly share the profile with my team. This allows me to quickly identify who is lacking in a certain skill and then provide them with the training they need to improve. This helps my team feel confident in their work.
