I originally just picked up one pan when I happen to see them in the store. Thought I would give one a try because I had recently bought an expensive stainless steel set and didn’t need another set. After about 6 months I realized that my wife and I didn’t even want to use any other pans. The heat up evenly and fast. They’re hot in a quarter of the time it takes my stainless pans to heat up. Almost nothing sticks to them if you follow the instructions. I’ve burned things on accident and the majority of it rinsed right out. The rest came out with a few wipes with a sponge. Six months of use, usually multiple times a day, and they show no wear other than the part that touches the stove top changing colors a little. Best pans I’ve ever had.
