Broken, very light home use, June-October 2018, failure, maintenance, return defective

some months. Bought in June, installed in June, rejected by the end of September. Sent a service request in October, replaced the seal as suggested and then all the painful parts of their service came. Phone support is the only way to get through, they don't offer good email support (often no reply at all). But sometimes the phone system doesn't work and then you have to send an email. However some time after they said they would send me a shipping label and return instructions after we called they never sent it. I had to follow. Fast forward to my call again, I finally contacted them in November 2018 to ship this but they couldn't send me the packaging box which cost $25 to ship out of pocket. At least they sent me a label, but it took some convincing. Finally, return it after $300 worth of groceries spoiled or the jerky dried out too much. I had to throw away groceries. 28th December I'm finally trying to reseal with the bags provided and same problem occurs, vacuum works, no seal! I'm calling support and the phone line is down due to technical issues. I have sent an E-Mail. As of today, January 3rd, I have no reply. I feel totally cheated when I bought a commercial product specifically for reliability and I've had to deal with this headache. I also have a Weston grinder (no problem) but overall my experience with the brand was the worst I've ever had. worse than airlines, which says a lot. I wish I could buy a cheap $50 vacuum sealer and not have a problem replacing it every year or so. If Weston wants to fix this I can change my review. I will write to the BBB.
