The motor that drives the vacuum sealer only runs for 2 or 3 seconds. I bought a Weston Pro-2300 in June 2019. In November, and maybe 100 packs later, he began making mismatched seals. I called customer service to resolve the issue in January when the woman on the phone said the metal heater plate needed to be replaced. I asked how this is possible and if there is a guarantee, but it turns out that this is only a repair part, not a guarantee case.
